Data Ownership Policy
At BidReach, we value the trust our clients place in us to support and enhance their marketing efforts. As part of our commitment to transparency and integrity, we have established the following policy regarding data ownership.
1. Client Ownership of Data
All data provided to BidReach by the client, as well as all data collected, generated, or derived in the course of providing marketing services for the client, shall be considered the exclusive property of the client. This includes, but is not limited to:
Customer contact lists and mailing lists
Website analytics and marketing performance data
Ad campaign results and metrics
Bidding and registration data obtained via marketing channels
Creative assets and marketing content developed specifically for the client
BidReach does not claim ownership of any client data.
2. Use of Client Data
BidReach will use client data solely for the purpose of delivering agreed-upon marketing services and improving the effectiveness of those services. We will never sell, share, or use client data for any purpose unrelated to the client’s campaign without explicit written consent.
3. Access and Portability
Clients have the right to access their data at any time. Upon written request, BidReach will provide the client with a copy of their data in a reasonably accessible and industry-standard format.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Upon termination of services, BidReach will, at the client's request, return or permanently delete all client data from our systems, unless retention is required by law or necessary for legal defense purposes. Clients should request such deletion in writing.
5. Confidentiality and Security
BidReach takes the confidentiality and security of client data seriously. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect client data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
